THE ROLE
As a Digital Performance Analyst, you will support the commercial planning and digital delivery teams by providing key insights into the performance of digital channels. Your analysis will help drive revenue, enhance customer journeys, and ensure the success of marketing and online merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver inflight performance updates and actionable insights for digital marketing, mobile apps, and website performance.
- Conduct post-investment analysis for digital product launches.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Piano Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to measure user behavior, conversion rates, and overall digital performance.
- Support the development of web analytics and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive performance measurement.
YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong proficiency with Digital Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Piano Analytics)
- Strong technical experience (SQL, Python or R etc.) and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in A/B testing, performance optimisation and web analytics
- Background in e-commerce would be a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
