Alongside events, they produce a range of award-winning publications and digital platforms. Passionate, creative, and results-driven, they love what they do-and expect the same from their team.Salary: £40,000 + OTE £15-20K Uncapped Commission Location: Loughton, Essex (5 days/week in-office, Central Line accessible, on-site parking)The role:The Digital Publishing Department manages editorial and commercial content for Good Homes and Grand Designs-two leading home interest brands across web, social, and email.

We're seeking a Digital Sales and Partnerships Executive with strong experience in digital media sales-especially native advertising, sponsored content, brand partnerships, and affiliate revenue. You'll drive revenue, build and nurture partnerships, and play a key role in our digital growth.Key responsibilities:

  • Understand our brands and their commercial offerings across all platforms
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets across native, affiliate, and partnership channels
  • Work closely with brands and agencies to develop creative content solutions
  • Stay on top of digital advertising trends to evolve our offering
  • Deliver exceptional client service and campaign results

What you bring:

  • Proven success in digital media and partnership sales
  • Solid understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA, and affiliate models
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
