Are you passionate about e-commerce and ready for the next step in your career? We are looking for a technical and driven E-commerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing and optimizing our owned e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless and engaging customer experience. You will support our e-commerce strategy, help boost online sales, and manage day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management: Assist in managing our e-commerce platforms, including our website and online marketplaces, ensuring they are always up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Marketing Automation: Assist with the management of our marketing automation campaigns, and automating workflows to push customers down the sales funnel.
  • Strategy Support: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive online sales and improve conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse website performance, traffic, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to create and execute engaging promotional campaigns.
  • Product Optimization: Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Inventory Coordination: Help manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve user experience and increase sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), helping to shape future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3+ years in an e-commerce or digital marketing role (entry-level roles).
  • Technical Skills: 1-2+ years of hands-on experience managing an e-commerce platform (Shopify) and familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
