Our client is a leading London-based creative brand that supplies trend-led ranges to thousands of retailers globally. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage their online sales and marketplace presence.

This is a hands-on and strategic role where you'll work across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and more) to optimise product listings, manage inventory, and create copy. You’ll also be involved in SEO optimisation, copywriting and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong brand visibility.

Duties and responsibilities as Ecommerce Executive will include:

  • Writing both technical and creative SEO rich content, including engaging product descriptions.
  • Managing and maintaining Amazon catalogue, including content, imagery, A+, category, and RRP optimisation, while resolving issues with Amazon support.
  • Carrying out data analysis from global marketplaces to produce high-quality, SEO-rich content relevant for each market.
  • Utilising artificial intelligence in content creation to improve efficiency.
  • Fulfilment of customer orders on marketplace platforms, including answering customer queries, concerns, and handling returns.
  • Overseeing operations and supply chain for open orders, flagging any issues, and problem-solving.
  • Working on the brand’s main website to drive sales and engagement.
  • Overseeing and optimising product listings across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Managing Amazon FBA inventory, arranging couriers, handling fulfilment, and ensuring stock availability.
  • Setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on Amazon and eBay, tracking performance, and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Assisting with social media management, email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and promotional activities.
  • Monitoring sales, analysing performance, and producing weekly/monthly reports to identify growth opportunities.

Experience and requirements for this Ecommerce Executive role:

  • 2+ years experience of working within eCommerce + marketplaces.
  • Experience of working within the consumer product industry.
  • A keen interest in eCommerce with experience of using software such as Helium 10 and/or Jungle Scout.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accurate, and strong organisation skills
  • A proactive nature, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced role and busy environment
