Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief Digital Officer to implement a digital-first strategy aligned
with our brand and goals.
- Track KPIs for sales, site performance, and ecommerce initiatives, using data to drive
results.
- Manage Ecommerce Roadmap: Oversee site improvements, optimizing functionality and customer
experience.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital
campaigns.
- Online Promotions: Plan and execute the marketing calendar, updating site content to align
with business goals.
- Customer Journey Optimisation: Improve digital experiences through A/B testing,
personalization, and UX enhancements.
- Maintain SEO best practices and drive site performance enhancements.
- Partner with teams to create campaigns that drive both online and in-store sales.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to optimize segmentation and promotional performance.
Skills & Experience:
-4+ years in ecommerce management, ideally in luxury, jewellery, or retail.
-Experience of managing a team.
-Expertise in managing ecommerce platforms and improving website performance.
-Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in Google Analytics and KPI tracking.
-Solid knowledge of SEO and its application in ecommerce.
-Commercially savvy, with a results-driven approach.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners (e.g., marketing, SEO
agencies).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, MS Office, and performance marketing tools.
