- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage effective segmentation, cadence, test methodologies, and tactics for email campaigns
- Ensure adherence to email best practices to drive customer action and engagement and compliance with industry standards as well as privacy policies
- Manage campaign timelines, email calendar, approvals, and internal business reviews for email campaign rollouts
- Understand marketing automation systems (like Marketo), integrations, and lead flow to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead management
- Onboard and train new stakeholders. Maintain email-related documentation. Guide stakeholders through each step of the email campaign process
- Integrate email campaigns with other channels like social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Analyse and present insights of campaign performance to business stakeholders. Conduct regular A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and engagement
- Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within email and nurture strategies
- Strong background in email marketing and customer lifecycle
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a complex international organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with Marketo is strongly preferred. AEP and AJO knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on segmentation, campaign management, and email strategy
