Role: Energy Consultant (B2B new business sales)
Location: Homebased or London (hybrid)

Our client, a leader energy broker, is looking for an Energy Consultant (B2B) to join their team. You will engage with mid-market customers to sell a range of products and services by cold calling, researching the market, identifying potential target businesses and generating your own leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through a high volume of cold calls, networking and other outreach efforts
- Promote the company's products and services to targeted mid-market businesses
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Consistently meet and exceed performance targets across various key metrics
- Expand the client base while driving revenue growth effectively
Skills/behavioural attributes required:
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in the energy industry, either with a broker or supplier
- Proven experience in a high-volume cold-calling environment
- Strong target orientation with a passion for exceeding goals and achieving success
- Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly and secure commitment over the phone
- Flexible and resilient, able to handle objections and work well under pressure.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ability to take initiative
- Self-motivated and driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficient in computer applications
