Enterprise Sales Development Representative – SoftwareLondon - Hybrid40-50k Base, Uncapped OTE + Executive Benefits  Our client is a leading solution provider delivering a comprehensive range of Health, Safety, and Occupational Risk Management services to major organisations. With an enviable client base across both Public and Private sectors, they offer a robust portfolio of professional support and software/SaaS services to meet the largest of projects. With capabilities spanning health and safety, fire safety, accessibility, emergency planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity, they are primed for further growth. As part of their expansion, they seek an Enterprise Sales Development Representative based in London  Enterprise SDR responsibilities:  
  • Develop a robust prospect pipeline
  • Identify potential enterprise clients across various regions
  • Target and qualify prospects
  • Conduct account mapping and extensive research
  • Action marketing-generated leads
  • Deliver strategic outreach through emailing, calling, and other communication channels
  • Set and attend appointments
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to build a strategic sales approach
  • Manage CRM systems
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of results
  • Work approximately 5 days per month in a London office
Enterprise SDR skills, traits, and experience:  
  • 1-2 years of previous BDR or SDR sales experience
  • Experience in Software/SaaS sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing targets
  • Confident, articulate, engaging, and energetic
  • High standards of professionalism
