Central London Office - Hybrid working 2 days office /3 days home + Travel

Basic Salary up to £28,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a well-established and successful player in the B2B conference industry, with a strong track record of producing innovative and market-leading business events across various sectors. They have a successful track record developing the careers of bright, ambitious and tenacious professionals in the B2B events sector.

We're hiring an Events Marketing Executive to join their central London office and work in the marketing team. The marketing division works alongside colleagues in event operations, sales, editorial and conference production.

The marketing team doesn’t organise the events, their focus is to drive attendance to the events, generate leads for the sponsorship sales teams and create awareness of the event within a specific industry. This is achieved through the creation and delivery of effective multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns that include; email, social media, partnerships, content and more.

This marketing role is incredibly varied, you could be creating an email campaign one day, a social media post announcing a new Speaker the next with some website updates in between! You need to be super organised, flexible and a bit of an all-rounder who’s able to engage both sides of your brain - creative and analytic.

The Role - Events Marketing Executive

• You will work in an established and welcoming events marketing team and you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient delivery of the event marketing campaigns
• Support across all marketing channels including emails, social media, partners, and more
• Liaise with the event Partners and Associations, and ensure the deliverables of a partnership are achieved
• Support with the creation of brand related graphics
• Analysing data and campaigns (Google, emails, socials)
• Update each of the event websites
• Marketing admin and keeping the CRM accurately updated
