A great opportunity to join a join a leading retailer as an Experimentation Specialist (Digital).
THE COMPANY
The business is a leading retailer owning some of the UK's biggest brands and stores and they continuing to grow out their portfolio with the addition of new businesses moving forward. With this period of growth, the business are now looking to enhance their analytics capabilities with the addition of a Experimentation Specialist.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Experimentation Lead in driving the usage of experimentation throughout the business
- Ensure experimentation roadmaps align with business objectives
- Provide guidance to Digital Marketing teams through experimentation process from ideation through to implementation
- Drive enhancements to experimentation platform (including tooling, dashboards and frameworks)
- Ensure testing methodologies align with business goals
- Presenting data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage and help lead on multiple experimentation projects
- Analyse and interpret complex experiments, providing insights to drive decision making
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record working in Digital Marketing Experimentation focused role
- Strong statistical experience (such as incrementality testing, linear regression etc.)
- Ability to link Digital Marketing and Experimentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Contentsquare
