Location : Exeter

Work set-up : Mostly remote: 2 days a month on-site (rest of days remote) + travel to Defence sites across the UK.Brief :

  • Recruit participants for user research and schedule research for a product/service.

  • Support the UX Lead in helping to drive a user-focused culture.

  • Build user-centred practices in multidisciplinary agile teams.

  • Ideally to have solid Defence background experience.

  • Lead analysis and synthesis of user research findings.

  • Defence builds and supports products.

  • Must have Active SC clearance.

  • Support Product Managers.
