We have an exciting opportunity for a French-speaking Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their marketing skills while working across digital campaigns, content creation, and social media management. You’ll support multi-channel marketing efforts, helping to drive audience engagement and contribute to the success of industry-leading events.
As part of this role, you’ll also work closely with media partners, exhibitors, and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities. What will this role include?:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print to promote live events.
- Manage website content, social media, and email marketing, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Create engaging copy for promotional materials aimed at visitors and exhibitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, associations, and key stakeholders.
- Support sales efforts with marketing materials while ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
- Creative mindset to develop well-structured marketing plans and strategies.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using content management systems and marketing tools.
- Fluent in French, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing.
