Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify trends and themes in consumer attitudes, perceptions, and behaviours for well-known products and services.
- Utilise large datasets and analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch & Audiense) to uncover key information and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate internally across Insights, Data Science, and Strategy teams to create visually compelling and concise reports for client stakeholders.
- Deliver impactful presentations of key findings to clients.
About you:
In order to succeed in this role, it is essential for you to have strong research and analysis skills, be passionate about digital marketing, social listening, and have previous experience or knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Brandwatch, or Audiense.
