We are the leading recruitment consultancy for the journalism industry, established over thirty years ago. We are looking for a graduate researcher to join the editorial recruitment team. The position involves supporting the team in a wide variety of activities including market research, sales support, sourcing candidates and writing thought leadership and job adverts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the managing consultant to plan areas for business development
  • Approach target companies and contacts agreed with the managing consultant via telephone, tailored social media, or email messages
  • Build datasets on target companies and candidates and work with the managing consultant and marketing executive to create targeted marketing campaigns
  • Write job advertisements and social media posts to attract candidates
  • Discuss candidates' work experience and aspirations via telephone or video call to establish suitability for both current and forthcoming opportunities
