I am delighted to be working with a fast-growing D2C brand who operate in the health & wellness space, they are looking to bring in a Head of performance to lead their ambitious growth plans!

Role
- Lead a creative production team, overseeing both in-house talent and external partners to generate a steady stream of high-performing Meta ad content
- Drive growth optimisation across our D2C business, focusing on key performance metrics such as LTV, CVR, and AOV through structured experimentation and data-driven decision-making
- Develop, implement, and analyse A/B tests across landing pages, sales funnels, subscription models, and retention initiatives to uncover new opportunities for conversion and revenue growth
- Take full ownership of the subscription funnel, optimising each stage-from initial engagement to long-term retention. This includes crafting and testing first-order offers, subscription plans, and retention tactics to enhance customer lifetime value
- Leverage cohort analysis and behavioural insights to pinpoint strategies that boost retention, minimise churn, and elevate average order value across various customer segments
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to roll out and assess growth initiatives, ensuring alignment on key metrics and strategic priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in growth roles for D2C brand (preferably a subscription heavy brand)
- Proven track record of improving key metrics (CVR, LTV, AOV) through testing and optimisation
- Experience with subscription platforms and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of subscription business models
- Experience managing multiple growth experiments simultaneously
- Health/wellness industry experience is a plus, but not required
