The Marketing CRM Executive will operate as a marketing and inside sales representative, working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute demand generation strategies and digital marketing campaigns to drive growth in their dedicated market. This role will focus on nurturing and converting cold leads through personalised outreach and strategic CRM and LinkedIn management.

Responsibilities include:
- Content and campaign coordination - working with agencies to execute engaging content and campaigns
- Email marketing management - designing emails in coordination with the digital marketing agency
- Working closely with agencies to develop content across social, blogs and SEO
- Maintenance of content calender
- Assisting in the development and execution of campaigns for LinkedIn channel
- Leveraging LinkedIn for lead nurturing and engagement
- Monitoring website traffic, social media engagemetn and email open rates
- Admin support
Profile
- Experience in a marketing, digital marketing or demand generation role
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, ideally in Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency in CMS websites, ideally Wordpress
- Ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders alike
