You'll partner closely with leadership, build scalable programs, and directly influence how teams grow, evolve, and perform as the business scales. Description

  • Develop and implement a scalable L&D strategy aligned with company goals
  • Build and roll out onboarding programs for new hires across multiple departments
  • Identify skills gaps and create targeted learning pathways for individuals and teams
  • Partner with managers and team leads to embed learning into daily workflows
  • Source and manage external training vendors and platforms
  • Track and measure the impact of learning initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback

Profile

A successful L&D Manager should have:

  • 4+ years in L&D, Talent Development, or a similar HR/People role
  • Experience in a high-growth, scaling environment
  • Proven ability to build learning programs from scratch
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for results and impact
  • Empathy, curiosity, and a bias for action
  • Bonus: Experience with sports tech or performance-focused industries
