MEP Commissioning Manager has arisen working in Central London on a freelance basis commercial office building.
This MEP Commissioning Manager must come from a building services background. Ideally has worked as a commissioning engineer, have already worked on a portfolio of high end commercial projects and has a proven track record of completing all commissioning to deadlines.
You will be responsible for:
- Attend all weekly commissioning/progress meetings and provide comprehensive detailed commissioning reports
- Full responsibility for managing the commissioning process and testing
- Witnessing of all commissioning activities
- Manage site commissioning teams
- Lead meetings
- Ensure that the project team are adhering to Health and Safety regulations
- Have an input to the design of all commissioning
