M&E Construction Manager Opportunity - Flagship Commercial Development - Central London
MK Search are excited to be working closely with a tier 1 MEP Contractor with a turnover of c. 400m who are looking to engage with an experienced M&E Construction Manager for a flagship 150m commercial project in Central London. The project is going to site and will be entering delivery phases in March.
General Responsibilities:
- Support the ProjectManagers in supervising on-site personnel on a fast paced constructionsite.
- Lead by example, enforcing safety and high-quality standards.
- Ensure all employees are trained and qualified for their roles.
- Manage on-site labour resources for efficient operations.
- Maintain discipline on-site, addressing incidents and implementing health and safetyas necessary.
- Use the purchasing processes to acquire cost-effective materials.
- Minimize costs and assist with system handovers to the main contractor/client.
This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing and well establiehed contractor who have recently won a variety of projects in the UK and abroad.
