Job title: M&E Manager
Location: Static site in Kensington
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying between 62,000 - 65,000 Per annum.
Requirements:
* Technically qualfiied (NVQ or City & Guilds)
* Building services experience
* Experience managing a team of multi-skilled engineers

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong M&E manager to manage the hard FM services of a flagship building in SW london. You will be managing a team of 6 on site.
Responsibilities:
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensuring full statutory compliance across all technical services.
- Leading a team of engineers and collaborating with subcontractors to deliver high standards.
