We are looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to manage a high-profile healthcare project in London for a 12-month duration. You will oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage M&E projects within a healthcare environment.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety and healthcare regulations.
- Control budgets, schedules, and quality of work, ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven M&E project management experience, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems and healthcare sector requirements.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant technical qualifications (HND, degree, or equivalent).
- Health and safety experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
