An award-winning entertainment company is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Marketing & Communications Executive to shape and execute a powerful brand narrative. Reporting to the Head of Business & Commercial Development, this role plays a pivotal part in driving lead generation, partner engagement, and public perception through strategic communications and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver sales aids for B2B2C partners (flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Go To Market team to support sales channel partners and sustain growth.
  • Develop and manage the communications calendar, executing PR strategies across UK and European markets.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns and manage corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Maintain and enhance the website's business content to attract new prospects.
  • Track media performance and continuously optimise for ROI.
  • Coordinate and support business events, expos, and awards-both in the UK and internationally.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation (e.g., Trustpilot, app stores) to maintain a 4-star+ rating.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

  • 2+ years of experience in PR, Marketing, Copywriting, or Corporate Communications
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
  • Experience with marketing tools (email, CRM, automation platforms)
  • Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills
  • Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Desirable:

  • Degree in Marketing, English or related field
  • Skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Experience in media and technology industries
