We're working exclusively with a high-profile figure in the media industry who is seeking a Marketing & Team Coordinator to play a key role in managing their professional brand, busy schedule, and day-to-day operations.This hybrid role is perfect for someone with a background in marketing, PR, or communications who’s looking to blend creative input with executive-level support. You’ll work across both business and personal tasks, helping to drive visibility, engagement, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing initiatives across digital platforms, including content planning and scheduling
  • Assist with the coordination and promotion of luxury events and public appearances
  • Manage a fast-moving diary, schedule meetings and coordinate travel
  • Draft and respond to emails, manage inboxes, and liaise with high-profile contacts
  • Maintain and update digital content, press materials, and personal branding assets
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and collaborators across projects
  • Assist with basic invoicing, expense tracking, and admin support
  • Provide occasional personal support and scheduling
About You:
  • Experience in marketing, PR, comms, or a media-facing support role
  • Strong writing and content coordination skills, with a good eye for brand tone and detail
  • Super organised and proactive with great time management
  • Confident communicator and able to build rapport with a range of stakeholders
  •  Comfortable with platforms like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and social scheduling tools
  • Adaptable, and enjoys working in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
