An exciting Media Agency in London is looking for a Marketing, Tech & Data Partner.

The Job

As the Marketing, Tech & Data Partner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the vision, strategy, and implementation of MAdTech & Orchestration across the organisation.
  • Driving the adoption of new technologies and best practices, ensuring seamless integration of MarTech and AdTech solutions.
  • Enabling automation, personalisation, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to enhance customer engagement.
  • Defining and executing robust transformation roadmaps for clients.
  • Analysing industry trends to inform strategy, client challenges, and thought leadership.
  • Managing technical direction and implementation of Marketing and Tech architecture strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience leading Marketing, tech, Data & Orchestration projects, delivering large-scale digital transformation.
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in aligning technology, data, and customer experience.
  • Strong client-facing skills, able to manage complex challenges and stakeholder expectations.
  • Extensive knowledge of integration across multiple platforms, including:
    • CRM: Salesforce, Adobe, Braze
    • CDPs & DSPs: Tealium, Treasure Data, Adobe
    • Tag Management: GTM, Tealium, Ensighten, Launch
    • CRO & Personalisation: Optimizely, Adobe Target, AB Tasty
    • Analytics & Data: GA, Adobe Analytics
    • Mobile Marketing: Braze, Branch
    • Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP
