We are seeking an Associate Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This role is primarily focused on administrative tasks within the marketing department, supporting a team of three. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, either through education or previous industry experience, and possess strong administrative skills. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing administrative duties, liaising with retailers and suppliers, managing stock control, and running reports using CRM systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Marketing Administration: Handle daily administrative tasks to support the marketing team, ensuring efficient operation of the department.
  • Liaison with Retailers and Suppliers: Communicate effectively with retailers and suppliers via phone and email to manage relationships and coordinate marketing efforts.
  • Stock Control: Oversee stock levels, including monitoring and replenishments, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
  • Reporting: Run regular reports from CRM systems to support marketing strategies and maintain accurate records.
  • Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs that target both business-to-business and business-to-consumer segments.
  • Customer and Consumer Insights: Participate in the gathering of customer and consumer insights through surveys to enhance business strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Highly organised with strong administration and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Articulate with good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Marketing or industry-related qualification and/or experience (ideally to degree standard).
  • Experience working with data and presenting it to stakeholders/customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred but not essential.
