Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Assist in all event logistics related to webinars, tradeshows, roundtables, and hosted events.
  • Campaign Support: Support the launch and tracking of campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, events, social media, web).
  • Content Creation: Edit marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, submitting/tracking purchase orders, shipments, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing contact lists.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Robohead, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
