As Marketing Analyst, you will join this newly created role within the Brand Marketing team and work with key stakeholders across the business to drive business growth.

Description
- Act as subject matter expect, supporting the brand marketing team to understanding retail and channel performance and make actionable insights
- Create new reports and dashboards on PowerBI as well as optimising existing reports to deliver weekly and monthly insight
- Collaborate with the digital team to lead, test and optimise campaigns across Performance Marketing (Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates), Brand Marketing (Press, Influencers , Organic Social), and CRM.
- Advocate for new processes and methodologies to improve insight accuracy and remain at the forefront of marketing analytics.
Profile
- Proven experience in an insights or similar marketing analyst role
- Strong knowledge of key analytical tools such as Netsuite and Power BI
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and marketing analytics.
- Experience working inhouse for a brand, dealing with a product in the lifestyle, home, beauty and/or hair space
