Your new companyHays have partnered with a well-known food manufacturing company who were the UK's first company of its kind, having immense success. They are a family-run business, one of the largest organic food and drink companies in the UK, having over 400 products sold globally aswell as selling into the largest UK retailers. The team are all extremely passionate about what they do and work closely together towards a goal that is something more important than sales, there is a real family and fulfilling feel to the company and its individuals.Your new roleAs Marketing Executive, you will be joining a close-knit Marketing team in creating engaging content and bringing marketing activations to life. This includes campaign planning, influencer, email marketing, sampling, PR, events, social media and working with the sales teams and retailers to drive sales by executing in-store and online activations. You will also touch on new product development - a real 360 marketing role for an upcoming marketing professional. There is real scope to be innovative, come up with fresh ideas, to be creative and to take the company in another direction. You will be reporting into the Brand Manager and will be working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and a Senior Marketing Executive, with a dotted line into the Head of MarketingWhat you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you need to have a Marketing degree or around 1 years of Marketing experience in consumer goods. The right candidate will have a passion for food and sustainability as you will be fully engrossed in the culture and environment! You must have impeccable attention to detail, have strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside exceptional organisational and time skills.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a competitive annual salary dependent on experience. There is 20 days annual holiday plus bank holiday included (grows overtime) and a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home a week, that allows working hour flexibility.
