- Assisting the Marketing, Communications and Events Manager in developing and implementing the charity’s fundraising and marketing strategic objectives
- Supporting the delivery of marketing, events and communications for the charity
- Playing a significant role in social media marketing, including content writing and scheduling content calendars
- Helping to identify new content and update plans for social media for events and specific charity programmes
- Collecting and analysing monthly statistics from MailChimp and social media channels
- Managing stocks of marketing collateral and event materials
- Writing content for events and marketing campaigns as directed
- Liaising with designers and printers as required
- Maintaining and updating mailing lists
- Assisting with email marketing
- Minimum 12 months proven marketing assistant or administration experience
- Must be willing to work fully remote with the expectations of travelling within the UK as and when required
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Highly organised with a pro-active working style
- High attention to detail
- Tech savvy being proficient with Microsoft 365
- Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
