I am working with a fantastic US law firm based at Chancery Lane. They are looking for a marketing assistant to support the Private Equity & M&A and Antitrust teams, and also liaising with other support teams in London and the Global Business Development Team. The hours are 9.30am-5.30pm and the role is office based four days in the office (Monday to Thursday).

The firm are looking for candidates whom have experience working within a law firm and Degree educated.

Duties and Responsibilities• Provide support to help produce marketing and BD materials including but not limited to: pitches, client alerts, newsletters and blogs, including creating first drafts and regular posts to Weil’s Antitrust blog• Track key dates/deadlines for directories and awards, and assist with preparing submissions• Maintenance of practice area credentials, key deals, awards, and deal reporting• Gather and collate business content from the team and fee earners to support regular internal communications• Maintenance of website information in relation to lawyer biographies, credentials and other content• Providing support for internal and client events, working with the Events team• Research tasks covering clients, competitors and the wider market

Skills/ExperienceRequired• Proactive, can-do attitude, hands on and flexible• Strong attention to detail/accuracy• Willing to turn to a variety of tasks• Good team skills, resilience, ability to work in a team environment and with Partners and Associates• Good written and oral skills• Experience of using Microsoft products, particularly Powerpoint• Interaction/InTapp and Vuture skills also useful, but not essential
