You’ll work closely with a seasoned Marketing Director, gaining hands-on experience and real exposure across the entire marketing mix—from digital campaigns to B2B events, sales enablement to branding, and everything in between.

What You’ll Be Doing:-
Supporting day-to-day marketing operations and collaborating directly with the Marketing Director

Working cross-functionally with different departments, including close collaboration with Sales

Helping to create compelling sales and marketing materials

Supporting account-based marketing campaigns

Assisting with email marketing using HubSpot

Playing a key role in event planning and execution—from intimate client roundtables to major industry events

Contributing to brand marketing strategy and planning

Supporting website updates and digital marketing activities

A proactive, motivated graduate who’s hungry to learn and grow in the marketing world

Confident working with team members across different levels and functions

Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Some experience in marketing—through an internship, apprenticeship, or junior role—is a real plus

Exposure to B2B, tech, software, or start-up environments is also advantageous

Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related subject preferred

Comfortable with a hybrid setup—typically one day per week in our Bond Street office, with flexibility to come in more during the early months and around events
