THE JOB

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities across the Ticketmaster Sport division within the UK, to both promote the brand and the division as well as specifically to support the sales and business development teams in their pursuit of new business.

The role will involve a varied range of activities, and as always in a small team will require flexibility and adaptability in line with the ever-changing needs of the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Responsible for B2C marketing delivery, on behalf of clients, across Ticketmaster channels including content, CRM, paid advertising and social media
  • Building relationships with clients to support their marketing activity
  • Managing and supervising the creation and delivery of assets
  • Liaising with clients in a professional manner to chase and track assets to ensure delivery ahead of deadlines
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining all Ticketmaster Sport assets in line with current brand guidelines and remaining familiar with brand guidelines, assets, and style across the Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster Sport businesses
  • Contribute to a library of assets for new business proposals and presentations, including copy, imagery, logos, icons and screenshots, to assist with the quick and efficient creation of proposals and tender responses
  • Support the business development teams in the UK in the creation of tender response documents and presentations in to have a central point of ownership for such proposals
  • Creation of case studies of client activity to support marketing growth
  • Other tasks as may be directed by the line manager

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Understanding of marketing principles, practices and technologies and ability to apply them.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic design skills.

YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)

  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to confidently make independent decisions when needed.
  • Strong communication skills, especially with colleagues overseas when coordinating sales or marketing activities.
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in high-quality work.
  • Ability to be flexible in a varied and constantly changing business.
  • Maintain a positive and 'can do' attitude and with that a determination to succeed in a challenging and competitive industry.
