Marketing Campaign Executive
Location: Hybrid (1 day in London office, remote for the rest)Duration: Temporary (3 months, with potential for extension)Hours: 35 hours per weekSalary: Hourly equivalent of £36,000 - £38,000Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Campaign Executive to join a prominent organisation focused on advancing professional qualifications and skills development. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment.
The role responsibilities include project managing all elements of marketing campaigns
including:
- Planning end to end delivery of campaigns including production, distribution and measurement, which
- Target organisational prospects, students, professional members, employers, training providers, non-members and small business owners
- Working with the Marketing Managers to utilise insight in order to inform campaign activity
- Creative copywriting for all campaign elements, utilising understanding of both audience and channel to generate a high level of engagement
- Producing design briefs in conjunction with the internal design team, on time, and which comply with brand guidelines
- Working with other teams in the Marketing division and other key partners to coordinate campaign planning and delivery, representing the marketing interest throughout project planning and following internal sign off processes
- Reporting to the team and stakeholders across the business on key campaign outcomes and using those outcomes to make recommendations on future activity, events and brand behaviour
- Tracking and analysing campaign results and making changes to campaigns in real time in order to maximise engagement and revenue.
The role will involve many different types of campaign activity including:
- Promoting free and paid-for events and webinars effectively to a range of audiences
- building, proofing and sending email communications, working in conjunction with Data Enterprise team to ensure campaign data accuracy.
- Working with the Online Community team and external agencies to produce native and paid-for social media content
- Developing and producing direct mail campaigns in conjunction with the internal design department, signing off artwork and delivering print and posting on time and within budget
- Working with the Marketing Campaign Performance Manager to produce Google Ads
- Managing promotional activity across the UX, Online Community, PR, Events and Content teams to ensure a coordinated approach
- Working with both internal and external agencies to create appropriate video assets to support campaigns
- Working with the web team to develop effective campaign pages that maximise engagement.
