Holidays are accrued for PAYE contractors and they get 28days to start off with which increases to 33days after 12weeks.

Summary

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing activities for the Marketing/Campaign Manager or the Marketing Director. The role holder will be a key support in the delivery of marketing activity and therefore a vital coordinator across all marketing teams and functions.

Working closely with CRB Marketing Management, the Global Risk & Broking Marketing Leader and senior business stakeholders across our broking businesses, this unique role will be responsible for the execution of key projects and campaigns relevant across many different business lines and geographies.

This is a hybrid role that requires regular in-office working alongside marketing colleagues and key business stakeholders.

The Role

Key support to the Marketing Campaign Manager / Director in the delivery of the marketing projects and all its elements and tactics within agreed timelines and budgets. Includes activity in GB and global locations.

  • Coordinate and liaise with regional and global marketing colleagues including the Marketing CoE's (Communications, Design, PR, Digital, Analytics etc) as required to deliver campaigns and programmes.
  • Actively support and advise stakeholders during project execution and deliver to their needs, with a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the insurance market, as well as the products, services and solutions that our client offers to clients.
  • Work closely with compliance to ensure content meets the requirements of our regulated environment.
  • Evaluate marketing activity through analysis of digital data to ensure that the activity is helping the company to achieve its sales goals. Use the activity to help guide and improve future marketing initiatives
  • Develop good working relationships and work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistency of approach to marketing activities and to share new ideas and best practices both in GB and globally.
  • Develop good working relationships and work closely with the sales teams to ensure marketing activity is consistently supporting sales growth targets and is measurable and connected with sales reporting tools. (CRM).
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key individuals within the Lines of Business/Campaign, in GB and globally by understanding their business issues and providing proactive advice.
  • Support the Marketing Campaign Manager / Director with the delivery of digital and face to face client events where required

The Requirements

  • Relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within an insurance broking, professional, financial services or a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications across a broad spectrum of offline and online channels.
  • Proven track record in delivering digital marketing campaigns, using email marketing systems, social media and other digital channels; SEO experience useful
  • Experience using digital analytics to validate campaign direction and prove growth opportunities
  • Adaptable and quick learner with new marketing tools, systems and processes
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritise work effectively
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, whilst recognising when to escalate issues or ask for help when required
  • Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
  • Credibility to work with, and to influence, colleagues at all levels within the company
  • A good appreciation of delivering marketing in a regulated environment (FCA).
  • A completer finisher mind-set with the drive to deliver projects in a timely manner regardless of any obstacles and challenges
  • Team player who is flexible and adaptable across a range of tasks
  • A good eye for detail and ability to think logically and calmly through projects, as well as issues that present themselves.
