- Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that support partners throughout their lifecycle
- Align business objectives with specific, measurable campaign goals
- Collaborate with data science, product, analytics, and marketing teams to develop and deliver campaign strategies
- Work with content teams to create tailored marketing materials
- Partner with the analytics and revenue management teams to forecast and measure campaign success
- Help roll out multi-channel testing programs
- Implement dynamic content into marketing emails
- Collaborate with marketing operations to conduct A/B/N testing
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Marketo)
- 4+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years managing CRM or marketing automation projects
- Experience in B2B marketing (B2C experience is also welcomed)
- Strong project management skills with a proven record of executing customer-focused marketing programs
- Knowledge of campaign management and demand creation processes
- Bachelor's degree in marketing (or similar field)
