The Marketing & Sales Assistant at this leading FinTech business will play a key role in supporting, executing and managing a wide range of activities across the B2B Marketing and Communications suite.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, executing, creating, and managing marketing activities across, but not limited to, the corporate website, blogs, social media (organic and paid), pitch decks, email, industry and client events, media and PR, PPC, internal communications, video, print collateral, and branded merchandise.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Managing the Marketing Activities Calendar, including the Content Calendar, and ensuring it is up to date and reflects both past and scheduled activities accurately.

* Supporting content creation and publishing content, including posting blogs and website content (using the Hubspot CMS), proofreading, and editing.

* Creating content (written and visual) for various uses, including the website, LinkedIn, Hubspot emails (e.g. newsletters and event invites), pitch decks, etc.

* Supporting the Sales, Business Development, Product and ExCo teams by organising events and carrying out logistics and other activities related to industry events attended by colleagues.

* First trained into and then using independently marcoms-related tools, such as but not limited to, Hubspot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, to create and publish content, and analyse and disseminate performance data.

* Supporting the marketing automation (Hubspot and Salesforce) project, and the development of an always-on and data-driven marcoms engine.

* Support the team in London and New York with any other ad hoc responsibilities.

* Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, preferably Hubspot and Salesforce, is desirable.

* An understanding of financial products and services, as well as the importance of regulatory compliance, is desirable.

* Design skills (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) is desirable
