Job DescriptionBased in our London officeWe have a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious, driven and confident marketeer to join our Marketing team, supporting our 50+ high-street estate agency brands across the UK.If you’re looking for variety, a challenge, an opportunity to shine and develop your career and creative skills, plus a great home / work-life balance and to be part of an experienced and friendly team, this could be a great role for you.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Support Marketing Managers to deliver, manage and evaluate multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with branch stakeholders to support local marketing initiatives and sponsorships.
  • Create and send internal monthly marketing communications and optimise engagement on internal intranet.
  • Write creative briefs and work collaboratively with the in-house design studio.
  • Write and proof-read marketing and advertising copy for both online and offline channels.
  • Conduct and evaluate market / competitor research.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all online and offline channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing queries and support branch profiles on brand websites.
  • Present and promote marketing campaigns / initiatives with internal stakeholders face to face / online.
You’ll be required to evidence the following:
  • Comprehensive understanding the core principles of marketing.
  • Experience in copywriting and creative briefs.
  • High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Clear and confident communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent people skills with ability to quickly form relationships and rapport.
  • Self-starter who can manage their own time, prioritise projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • A motivated team player.
  • Comfortable working in varied locations. E.g., office / branch / home.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a Marketing role
  • Degree qualified in Marketing or equivalent
  • Property industry experience is desired but not essential
