A fantastic opportunity to join a property marketing agency. As Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing the PR and Marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies to strengthen the agency's market position.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for PR and marketing within the agency

• Lead the agency's marketing strategy, with a comprehensive focus on PR, social media, web presence, and industry awards.

• Manage the agency's PR strategy, building relationships with media outlets and securing valuable coverage.

• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across the agency’s service offerings.

• Take charge of planning and executing company events and group-wide communications.

• Create and manage a calendar of events to enhance the agency’s visibility.

To be considered for the role you will match the following :

• A proven track record in PR, ideally within the property sector.

• Strong experience with press releases and copywriting.

• Demonstrable success in driving growth through advertising and other marketing channels.

• B2B marketing experience.

• Proficiency in delivering strategies and effective B2B content.

• Strong understanding of the digital marketing channel mix: SEO, social media, PPC, display, and brand building.
