An experienced Marketing Executive is needed to join the team at this leading provider of economic data based in London on a full-time basis.

Directly reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be a key member of the team in the execution of all marketing activities. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career with a well-established company!

About the Role

The Marketing Executive will organise creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for their company's success according to trends and customer requirements. They will be passionate for the "art" of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies to promote their products, services and public image. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
  • Editing and proofreading copy for the website, collaterals
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website materials, etc)
  • Developing email marketing campaigns from brief to delivery
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Executing, monitoring and evaluating marketing activities, providing accurate reporting and post-campaign analysis
  • Maintaining the contact database (CRM plus ESP); ensuring it is clean and up-to-date
  • Assist in the organisation of the company's participation in exhibitions and events: collateral production and distribution, overall event/presence organisation and follow-up
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts
  • Conduct market research to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc)
  • Perform the role in compliance with the company's security objectives as defined in their policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required

Required Experience: 

  • A level standard education or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant Degree

  • Delivering training to client groups

  • Knowledge of Wordpress
  • Knowledge of PPC and SEO

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to work well under pressure and deal with a heavy workload
  • Proactive, used to taking the initiative and recommending improvements to systems and processes
  • A resilient and assertive approach to work
  • A keen interest in financial data.
  • Financial services (market data) experience
