A luxury accommodation client of ours are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team of 6. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role involves a blend of administrative tasks, client relationship management, and campaign development to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.

This position would very much suit an aspiring marketing professional with a degree in marketing and/or 6 months - 1 year of experience in a marketing role/team. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage marketing email accounts and follow up on contracts.
  • Oversee financial tracking, including spends and commissions.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events to support on-site teams.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with domestic and international agents and listing sites.
  • Ensure content on agents and listing sites’ platforms is current.
  • Manage negotiations regarding commissions and fees.
  • Assess performance of agents and listing sites, proposing solutions to maximise outcomes.
  • Enhance the customer journey through effective collaboration with agents.
  • Collaborate with external partners to launch incentives and campaigns, particularly in challenging markets.
  • Build customer loyalty and assess the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Gain comprehensive market knowledge, including competitor analysis and market trends, to inform strategic decisions.
