- Copy calling digital ads for two websites, liaising with clients and chasing where necessary
- Managing website ad schedule administration
- Uploading digital ads to Google Ad Manager (with training provided)
- Uploading exhibitor profiles and logos to the website and ensuring accuracy
- Working with VenuIQ to deliver the app for the trade show
- Helping create and send solus newsletters
- Assisting in creating and sending exhibitor and visitor promo emails
- Creating simple graphics in Canva for social posts and newsletters when required
- Uploading additional content to the website (products, competitions, etc.)
- Helping run social media feeds when necessary
- Sending out CPD certificates to elemental webinar attendees
- Supporting the marketing team with tasks
- Organising awards
- Reporting on digital campaigns for clients
- Acting as speaker liaison for the trade show
- Liaising with exhibitors
- Minimum 12 months of Marketing experience in a corporate or business setting  Â
- Must be able to work 5 days based in the office
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Highly organised with a pro-active working style
- Tech savvy being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick on internal systems quickly
- Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Able to be self-motivated and work autonomously on tasks
