Marketing Executive - Remote
My client is seeking to employ a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive . The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellbeing and travel, strong digital marketing skills, and the ability to create compelling campaigns that connect with our target audience. You will play a key role in promoting our brand, driving engagement, and increasing bookings across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
- Develop and execute engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital platforms through a content calendar.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and promotes our wellbeing travel experiences effectively.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and bookings.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams and suppliers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Create visually appealing, wellness-focused content and monitor analytics to optimize performance.
- Occasionally manage paid for and boosted campaigns.
Email Marketing
- Design and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, special offers, and updates on new travel packages.
- Build segmented email lists and analyse metrics to refine strategies.
- Build customer journeys through automations for retargeting purposes and engagement with the brand.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Ensure the company website is updated, optimized, and reflects our brand identity.
- Work on improving organic search rankings through SEO-friendly content and strategies. Introduce on average 5 new content pieces weekly.
- Be the gatekeeper of the website ensuring images, links, tone etc. are current, correct and keeping with the company brand and ethos
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics for campaigns and platforms.
- Prepare reports with actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Supplier Marketing Plan
- Ensure all obligations in the supplier marketing plan are met in a timely manner such as dedicated newsletters, videos, priority features on the website etc.
- Annual Magazine and Other Printed Materials
- Assist with other design/printed material - vouchers, flyers etc.
- Edit and use video content in the form of short clips for the website, newsletters and social media
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the travel, wellness, or luxury sector.
Education:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Digital Expertise:
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Some understanding of SEO & PPC Advertising
- Experience in using a newsletter and marketing platform with automations
- Creativity: Strong writing, editing, and design skills with an eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for wellbeing, travel, and creating meaningful experiences for clients.
