Your new company I have exclusively partnered with a leading family-run business specialising in providing stylish, functional, and affordable homeware products, specifically within kitchen, dining, and bathroom. Established over 40 years ago, the company has built a strong reputation for offering a wide range of living essentials that cater to modern households. They own three beloved brands with their products known for their quality and style, serving customers through wholesalers, national retailers, supermarkets, and online marketplaces.Your new role As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing digital channels, overseeing social media strategies, leading influencer collaborations, driving paid social advertising, creating engaging content, and enhancing the user experience on the D2C site. You will play a key role in building brand loyalty and driving online sales by connecting with customers through innovative, data-driven strategies.

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create, schedule, and monitor posts, leveraging analytics to optimise content and engagement.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and manage influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness, aligning partnerships with brand objectives and audience demographics.
  • Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Generate, curate, and manage engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and appeal across all digital touchpoints. Work closely with design team to create visual assets for campaigns, social media, and newsletters.
  • Paid Social Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget management, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.
  • D2C Site Management: Oversee website merchandising and social media shopping platforms, including TikTok shop, regularly updating product information, images, and promotional content. Enhance the user experience on the e-commerce platform to drive traffic and conversions and maximise online sales.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email campaigns for customer engagement and retention, creating newsletters and promotional emails aligned with brand goals. Monitor and report on email performance, implementing improvements based on analytics.

What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and D2C sales, ideally within the homewares, retail, or consumer goods sector.Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, and influencer marketing strategies.Proficiency in Shopify e-commerce platform, social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and digital analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).Excellent content creation skills with an eye for detail and brand alignment.Ability to analyse data to inform strategies and demonstrate ROI.Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask.What you'll get in returnYou will get the chance to work for an established brand which has grown year-on-year since 2016, within the consumer goods sector.
