Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled marketing executive to join a leading and prestigious intellectual property and trademark law firm. About the RoleThis is a full mix marketing role that offers a variety of responsibilities. It's excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal marketing. You will be involved in a range of marketing initiatives, including legal directory submissions, event planning, digital content creation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate legal directory submissions, ensuring timely and accurate entries.

• Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars and podcasts.

• Support website management, including content updates and assisting with a website revamp.

• Plan and coordinate events, including internal and client-focused functions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials.

• Support the firm’s social media and digital marketing strategies.

• Assist with broader marketing and business development initiatives.

About You:

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

• A creative and proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
