Executive Talent Solutions are working with a fast growing FMCG business to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive.

The business supports many of the UKs leading supermarkets with both branded and private label food products and has been enjoying significant growth. They have ambitious plans for the next 5 years and a looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to support their launch of new products and acquisition of new customers.

The successful Marketing Executive will work in the London office (near Holborn) and report to the Marketing Manager. A salary between £40,000 and £45,000 plus amazing benefits is offered. Hybrid working is available (Mon and FriWFH; Tues, Weds and Thurs in the office).

Key responsibilities include:

  • HubSpot Management: Utilise HubSpot for email marketing, CRM, and automation to optimize lead generation and management, and marketing campaign performance.
  • Demand Generation: Create, implement and optimize demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and enhance customer acquisition.
  • Presentation & Deck Creation: Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and sales decks to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Support in Trade Marketing activities: Market trend analysis, shelf analysis, price tracking and archiving. Competitor analysis in terms of range, packaging, product characteristics
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead generation and business development efforts. Supporting the sales team by creating effective product presentations and market analyses.
  • Content Management: Work with UK Marketing Manager and sales team to help execute a content calendar to align with marketing and business objectives.
  • Digital Marketing, Brand Awareness, Digital Identity: The resource will be involved in defining the communication strategy for online communication channels (dedicated websites and social channels) and transforming the results obtained into sales arguments. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and engagement.
  • Event Marketing: Assisting in planning and execution of a calendar of marketing events, both branded and corporate, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Social Media: Ability to contribute to and create social media copy across key platforms to engage the target audience and amplify brand messaging.
