- Insights and Trends. Highly analytical, you can spot trends, collate data and package it in a highly readable format as you take over our quarterly Intelligent Insights report that goes out to thousands of businesses.
- Entrepreneurial. You’re a creative and commercial thinker and want to use that awesome combination to help us grow the business through finding smart ways to engage with employers. You write with personality and can reach out to prospective businesses on Linkedin or by email, with a view to generate leads for the sales team.

- 12-24 months experience in a marketing, insights, strategy or reporting role.

- Experience in the startup world or a demonstrable interest.
