A leading consultancy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for candidates with marketing experience, ideally from the built environment or professional services sectors, who are eager to develop their strategic thinking, campaign planning, content creation, and audience analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and key programmes.
- Research prospective clients, audiences, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
- Create content for internal and external audiences, including website, case studies, email marketing, and social media posts.
- Plan and organise industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics) and track campaign effectiveness.
- Produce reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.
- Develop marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist with pre-positioning activities and bid-related marketing efforts.
- Support award submissions and maintain marketing trackers.
Person Specification:
- Hands-on marketing experience, in B2B marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Collaborative approach with experience working with senior leadership.
