What You'll Do:
- Developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. �?
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and insights that can enhance our marketing efforts. ??
- Managing our digital presence, including social media platforms and our website, to boost engagement and visibility. ??
- Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the Senior Marketing team with various project work and creative support.
What We're Looking For:
- We seek a passionate individual with a flair for creativity and a strong analytical mindset
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial or insurance sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team ???
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not necessary
