I am currently supporting a well-known company that has grown to become one of the world’s leading businesses. With over 3,000 employees in more than 80 countries, they collaborate with some of the leading skincare specialists across Harley Street and London including the likes of Natali Kelly and Dr Haus , Harrods and Harley Steet Injectables to name a few As a business they offer the most advanced, non-invasive solutions for body shaping, skin tightening, and other medical aesthetic treatments. As a company, they are experiencing rapid growth and are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support their marketing efforts, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and have experience with email marketing platforms (preferably Mailchimp) and excellent copywriting skills.You will ideally have experience working within skincare or beauty, but other sectors will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution of inbound leads through our CRM platform, ensuring timely communication with the sales team.
  • Execute the digital communications calendar, ensuring key updates, events, and new product launches are effectively communicated to audiences via email, social and WhatsApp channels.
  • Spearhead creation of local social media content using Canva, create content briefs for shoots and capture video content when required, guided by the Senior Marketing Specialist.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather content and timeline for inclusion in digital communication, ensuring expectations are met and the calendar remains optimised.
  • Ensure digital marketing content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual presentation.
  • Implement a robust proofreading process to ensure accuracy across all communications.
  • Regular tracking and analysis of marketing campaign performance and propose new ideas to enhance marketing efforts and support sales objectives.
  • Prepare and present monthly marketing reports on owned projects for senior management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Confident and professional communicator, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (preferably Mailchimp) and excellent copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, although comprehensive training will be provided.
