  • Assist in the delivery of sponsorship elements across multiple channels and teams.
  • Support detailed event planning, critical path management, and effective ways of working.
  • Contribute to pre-project planning documents and creative overviews.
  • Track marketing budgets, including raising purchase orders and managing invoices.
  • Coordinate key logistics for marketing initiatives and on-site event execution.
  • Organize and dispatch collateral required for event activation.
  • Provide administrative support before, during, and after the event.
  • Assist in campaign reporting, gathering key insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
